Shipping

It is my desire to deliver your pottery as quickly, safely and economically as possible. I insure all packages shipped from MRP. Tracking numbers will be emailed upon order fulfillment for all packages that are shipped via UPS, UPS ground or USPS priority mail.

I currently ship only within the United States. Due to custom fees and the logistics of international shipping I do not ship outside the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated by  weight. As stated before I have access to discounted shipping and I pass these savings on to you.

I choose the most cost-effective option between USPS and UPS. Ground shipping is standard (typically 3-7 days) from Bothell to most US locations.

If you want an expedited shipping option, please let me know in the notes when placing your order.

All packages are insured. I take great care to wrap my items securely.

When possible, I use environmentally sustainable packaging materials that can be reused, recycled or composted

If an item is damaged during shipping DO NOT send it back to me, nor discard it right away. Instead, take photos of the item and the packaging and contact me asap via email at mountainridgepottery@gmail.com with photos attached. I will arrange for a replacement or refund.
